SRSG Pte Ltd operates as a single family office managing the proprietary assets of the Rongsheng family. As a single family office, SRSG is exempt from holding a Capital Markets Services licence under the Securities and Futures Act 2001 of Singapore ("SFA"), as it does not carry on a business of fund management for external clients.
The investment funds referenced on this website are structured and domiciled outside of Singapore and are neither offered, marketed, nor distributed to persons in Singapore. Accordingly, such funds are not regulated as collective investment schemes under the SFA and are not required to be authorised or recognised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore ("MAS").
SRSG's principal investment activities relate to real estate, which falls outside the definition of "securities" and "futures contracts" under the SFA. Direct investment in real property is generally not a regulated activity under Singapore's securities legislation.
